And… Forskolin does not have an effect on Promoter I.4… unless dexamethasone is present (then it's synergistic in increases)

Dietary Coleus forskohlii extract generates dose-related hepatotoxicity in mice. Pure Forskolin is fine… it's the other parts of the root that are the problem.
